Bienvenido a Ajenjo

Ajenjo sirve cocina de fusión franco-mexicana, con toques asiáticos, en un ambiente de Baja California y elegante, pero rústico. Ajenjo ofrece cocina de clase mundial del chef / dueño Roberto Valle Hernández, incluyendo su mundialmente famoso Burrito de langosta, cortes selectos de la carne de primera calidad de Sonora, pescados y mariscos frescos locales, productos locales y productos lácteos, todo de la granja a la mesa. Servimos el almuerzo, la cena y ofrecemos especialidades diarias del chef. Ajenjo también ofrece una variedad de tacos gourmet, como arrachera a la parrilla, lengua de ternera, estofado de pierna de cordero, pulpo, camarones y más. El bar Ajenjo es el lugar perfecto para tomar los mejores martinis, margaritas y cócteles especiales. Roberto Valle, el propietario / chef, tiene su diploma de la Escuela de Cocina Cordon Bleu en París en exhibición. Él ha trabajado para diseñar bellamente el restaurante para tener el ambiente requerido de un restaurante francés. El restaurante de larga data de Roberto en San José del Cabo, Voila Bistro, fue destruido en 2014 por el huracán Odile. Frecuentemente fue ocupado por ricos y famosos como George Clooney y Cindy Crawford.
